Delivery Timeframe

All orders placed through our website are delivered within 48 hours (two business days) from the time of order confirmation. This applies to all locations within the territory of Kosovo, including urban and rural areas.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking or delivery information where applicable.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are carried out Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping Fees

Standard delivery within Kosovo is free of charge for orders above a specific value (e.g., €20). Orders below that threshold may be subject to a flat shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
